Court House Repairs and Upgrades | King County
Completed projects for the King County Courthouse included cornice repairs, lobby renovations, and lower roof equipment upgrades. Because the Courthouse is in a historic district, Ms. Gee closely collaborated with public agencies and made several presentations at Pioneer Square Historic Board meetings in order to obtain approval for the scope of work. These plans ultimately included historic preservation assistance, seismic upgrades, and upgrades to interior finishes.
