Located on the 3rd floor of a building in downtown Seattle, this local record label needed to expand their office. They were looking to convert their warehouse space, which occupied roughly 3,000 square feet of their leasing floor, into more office spaces.
The client originally wanted standard cubicle spaces, much like their existing ones, but quickly changed their mind when dean alan architects proposed an open desk layout, which encourages collaboration between the staff, something that can benefit a creative business such as this client. dean alan architects also coordinated all of the construction to maintain the project timeline.
With the new playful color palette of the furniture and walls throughout the office, the client now enjoys a designed workspace that is aesthetically pleasing while encouraging teamwork and creativity.
